Following your initial consultation, we will begin your treatment journey based on the results taken from the initial consultation and the goals established during that session. We will review, assess, modify and educate you on the movements we perform in this session and exercises you undertake at home that are apart of your rehabilitation, so you understand every part of the process.

We will use a specialised treatment approach that involves the use of manual therapy techniques, specific exercises and movement patterns to manage or rehabilitate various physical conditions, injuries or disabilities and manage various musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.

This can be useful in treating a wide range of conditions, such as chronic pain, joint stiffness, balance disorders, muscle weakness, and mobility issues. It may also be used to prevent injuries or to improve athletic performance and quality of life.

 

It is a key component of rehabilitation and encompasses a wide range of exercises, movements and techniques tailored to your specific condition to return you to full functional performance.
