MEAL PLANS AND PROGRAMS

What does it mean by 2 x single day meal plans? With our nutrition-only and combined nutrition + training memberships, you’ll receive two structured meal plan options every fortnight. These are designed so you can rotate between them in whatever way suits your routine best — for example, following Plan A in week one and Plan B in week two.

How personalised are the plans? Every meal plan is fully personalised. When you join, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire covering your current diet, preferences, dislikes, and any dietary requirements. Each fortnight, you can also update your preferences. Your plan is a collaborative process, designed to keep it aligned with your lifestyle and goals.

How do I receive my meal and training plans? All plans are delivered directly through our Mymusclefix app. Once your program is ready, you’ll be able to view everything in your account under your dashboard.

How long does it take to receive my plan? Your initial plan can take up to 48 business hours to be delivered. This does not include public holidays. Please allow additional time during busy periods or holidays, as response times may be slightly longer.

Do you do Once-Off Plans? Yes, we also offer one-off nutrition and training plans. This is a great option if you want to trial the service and app before committing to ongoing coaching, and see if it’s the right fit for you.

Can I make changes to my plan? Yes. You can use the in-app meal swap feature, or request changes through your coach during check-ins or via direct contact with your coach within the app.

Do I need to train to get results? No — this isn’t a requirement, although it is strongly recommended.

Do you do meal plans for couples? Yes, we also offer couple meal plans. Both you and your partner will need to sign up individually, and you can let us know who you’re linked with during onboarding. We’ll keep your meal plans similar to make shopping and meal prep easier, with slight adjustments to portion sizes and ingredients based on each person’s goals and energy needs.

Do I need gym experience to join? No — programs are tailored to all levels, from complete beginners to advanced trainees.

What happens after I complete my 8 weeks? You can continue coaching on an ongoing basis, pause your membership, or adjust your plan depending on your goals.

Do I need supplements to get results? No — supplements are optional and not required. Your results are built around your training and nutrition consistency.

Can I contact my coach directly? Yes. You can contact your coach directly via the messaging feature within the Mymusclefix app as often as you need.

COACHING AND SERVICES

How do I complete a Check-In? Your first check-in date will be included in your sign-up email along with your initial plans. On the day of your check-in, you’ll see a “Complete Check In” banner in the Tasks section of the Mymusclefix app. Tap it to open your check-in form and submit it when ready.

Do I have to Check-In to receive feedback? Yes, completing your check-in is required to receive your updated fortnightly plan and feedback. If a check-in isn’t submitted, our team won’t be prompted to review your progress or create your next plan, so updates and feedback won’t be sent through.

Can I do a trial? We don’t currently offer trials. However, we do provide one-off plans if you’d like to get started without committing to ongoing coaching.

What happens if I miss a check-in? If a check-in isn’t submitted, your plan update and feedback will be delayed until it is completed.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS

What is the minimum commitment for your plans? All coaching services require a minimum 8-week commitment, unless otherwise specified.

How do I cancel my plan? To cancel your plan, please email mymusclefix@gmail.com and provide at least 2 weeks notice.

Can I cancel before my 8-week commitment is complete? You’re unable to cancel prior to completing the 8-week commitment, unless otherwise specified.

Can I put my membership on hold/pause? You can place your membership on hold once you’ve completed your initial 8-week commitment (unless otherwise specified). To arrange a hold, please email mymusclefix@gmail.com and our team will assist you.

What are my payment options? We accept card payments, processed weekly by default. If you’d prefer a different schedule, such as fortnightly, monthly, or paying upfront, we can arrange this for you.

Can I change my payment schedule? Yes — you can request to change your billing frequency at any time by contacting mymusclefix@gmail.com

Do I get charged if I cancel? You are billed in line with your active coaching period. Cancellations require 2 weeks’ notice as per your agreement.

What happens if my payment fails? If a payment fails, we’ll notify you and attempt to process it again. Access to your plan may be paused until the outstanding payment is resolved. Please contact mymusclefix@gmail.com if you need assistance.
